EPC contract signing ceremony for Hai Anh Wind Power Project

After 20 years of establishment and development, Hai Anh JSC has gradually become a leading unit in providing equipment and integrating technology solutions in the field of Automation, Digitization – Mechanical Drives – Industrial equipment in Vietnam. From 2020, Hai Anh JSC promotes investment in the field of Renewable Energy, typically Wind power projects, marking the establishment of Hai Anh – Quang Tri Wind Power JSC with the first project being the Hai Anh Wind Power project.

This is the first wind power plant project invested by Hai Anh. The factory is located in Huong Phung commune, Tan Thanh commune and Lao Bao town, Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province. The project has a capacity of 40 MW, electricity production of 120 GWh/year, with 8 wind turbine towers, capacity of 5 MW/turbine, tower height of 125 m, rotor diameter of 166 – 172 m. This is a right step, consistent with the Government’s orientation and goals in promoting the development of renewable energy projects to contribute to ensuring sufficient electricity supply for economic development and life. Towards sustainable energy sources for the future.

On December 13, 2023, in Hanoi City, Hai Anh – Quang Tri Wind Power Joint Stock Company and the EPC contractor joint venture included IPC engineering and construction JSC (IPC E&C) and A Chau industrial Technology JSC (ACIT) officially held an EPC contract signing ceremony for the Hai Anh Wind Power project and other related agreements. Hai Anh’s Board of Directors believes that with the high determination of the Investor and the experience and capacity of the Joint Venture Contractors IPC E&C and ACIT,  Hai Anh Wind Power project will be implemented on schedule ensuring safety and quality.

THE groundbreaking ceremony of Hai Anh Wind Power Project will take place on December 20, 2023.
It is expected that the project will have commercial power generation (COD) before September 30, 2024.
