Parameters of the conveyor weighing system:

– Tape width  B-650 mm

– Tape width  B-650 mm

– Tape length  30 m

– Tape frame size  1000 mm

– Roller bed distance  800 mm

System requirements:
– Use 02 sets of MSI weighing beds (04 Loadcells) with 0.25% accuracy level, BW500 scale integrator with Profibus DP industrial communication standard, RBSS speed sensor.
– Signals are transmitted to the factory DCS according to Profibus DP industrial standards, physically connected to Sub PLC stations (837AM080, 461HG700).
– Provide signals to the factory DCS: total accumulated load, instantaneous productivity, belt speed, weighing error signal.
– Camera system monitors the control panel and conveyor scale bed displayed in the central control room.
