Hai Anh Receives Investment Policy Approval for the Huong Phung – Lao Bao Wind Power Plant Project

At the Quang Tri Provincial Planning Announcement and Investment Promotion Conference 2026, Hai Anh was honored to receive the Investment Policy Approval Decision for the Huong Phung – Lao Bao Wind Power Plant Project, presented by the leaders of Quang Tri Province. This important milestone reaffirms Hai Anh’s capability in developing and implementing renewable energy projects while marking a new chapter in the Company’s green investment strategy, contributing to the sustainable socio-economic development of Quang Tri Province.

Located in Huong Hoa District, Quang Tri Province, the Huong Phung – Lao Bao Wind Power Plant Project has a planned capacity of 36 MW with a total investment of approximately VND 1.45 trillion. The project is Hai Anh’s second wind power project in Quang Tri, following the successful development and operation of the 40 MW Hai Anh Wind Power Plant.
