• Effective Date: From 8th Jan 2026

• Scope of Application: The new seal shall be used on all official documents, contracts, invoices, and transaction records of the Company.

• As of the effective date of this announcement, any documents or contracts signed and stamped with the former seal will no longer hold legal validity (except for transactions successfully executed prior to the change date).

• The new seal has been registered and processed in accordance with the current regulations of the prevailing laws.

This change of the corporate seal does not affect the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company regarding contracts and transactions signed previously.
