Hai Anh Welcomes Mitsui E&S Group (Japan) to Discuss Port Crane Cooperation Opportunities

Recently, Hai Anh Trading and Technical JSC had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding (Mitsui E&S) Group. The delegation visited and worked at the Nova Energy High-Tech Research and Production Center in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park. This visit provided an opportunity for both parties to discuss the potential for Hai Anh to become a vendor for port crane solutions for Mitsui E&S in Vietnam.

Mitsui E&S is a Japanese conglomerate specializing in the manufacturing and supply of various types of cranes. With nearly 100 years of experience, Mitsui E&S has supplied over 1,400 cranes to ports worldwide. The company’s main products include Paceco Portainer® Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes and Rubber Tired Gantry (RTG) cranes, both of which play an essential role in port operations.

During the working session, both sides engaged in discussions to enhance mutual understanding of each other’s capabilities and operations. Hai Anh presented its capabilities in manufacturing electrical and control systems, as well as mechanical systems for various port cranes, including the integration of E-rooms. Representatives from Mitsui E&S also shared information about their ongoing and completed port crane projects in Vietnam. Following the discussions, the delegation took a tour of Hai Anh’s facilities to observe the production processes and infrastructure firsthand. Mitsui E&S’s visit was an occasion for Hai Anh to showcase its capabilities and explore potential collaboration avenues with a partner like Mitsui E&S.
