FEATURES
- Digital real-time images with 1,400 x 1.050 pixel resolution
- High-speed endoscope with better optical resolution than the camera used
- Wide and flexible angle of view from 30 … 120°
- Can be used at up to 2,000 °C in the combustion chamber
- Can be expanded into a thermography and analysis system with the D-VTA 200 software
- Elbowed version available
BENEFITS
- Brilliant live images from the combustion chamber around the clock
- Detection of radiation and process fluctuations: The exposure time is not automatic and can be set by remote control, which means that radiation fluctuations in the process or flames are detected immediately
- Wide angle of view into the combustion chamber, as the furnace camera penetrates through the furnace wall into the chamber
- Low maintenance costs: Thanks to endoscope the furnace camera can be used with hot water or hot purge air in extreme environment
- Flexible system: The furnace camera can be expanded into a thermography system with the thermography software D-VTA 200

- Cement industry: Monitoring of the sintering zone and main burner flame
